Being the Hands and Feet of Jesus

Founded in 2011, Christ's Basket Ministries was began in a 15 passenger van full of overflowing grocery bags of food and cub scouts, a little dilapidated house that appeared abandoned, and a little 6 year old boy who wasn't afraid to approach the door of a stranger in need and offer food, love and hope.
Since that fall day, Christ's Basket Ministries has fed thousands of hungry men, women and children, provided temporary shelter to the homeless, provided clothing and supplies to those in need, and opened it's door to share the love and hope of Jesus through Bible Study, Church Service, and Community Outreach and Service.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH

People need to know they matter. By building relationships with people and offering love and trusted friendships, we are able to serve others in a way that not only meets their physical need, but also gives hope and truth of God's tremendous love for them.

FOOD

In the struggle for survival, being able to feed oneself and family can often seem impossible. Through the gift of food, whether that be groceries or prepared hot meals...whether that's taking it to someone shut in, distributing it to those wandering and homeless, or street feeding, we are able to provide food to those in need. No one should go to sleep hungry.

LITTLE FREEDOM CHASERS

Children's Group Ages 3-12 years oldEvery Tuesday at 5:30pm beginning May 7, 2024.
Learning about God's immeasurable love for us through Bible Study, hands on activities, exploring our own gifts, God's creation and learning new and exciting skills and discoveries.
